Recondition Fuel pump Core Return Policy
Reconditioned Exchange fuel pumps work on a changeover basis and the return of the old fuel pumps is critical to maintain the quality and effectiveness of our Exchange programme.
Cores are repairable parts that can usually be redeemed for a portion of the original purchase price. An acceptable core must be of the same part number and is one that is not broken or so severely damaged that it can no longer be repaired and rebuilt to proper working condition.
 
A "Core Charge" is a deposit for the value of the core that is paid at the time of purchase. This charge is refunded after an acceptable pump has been returned.
 
To receive the Core Charge refund:
-Cores must be returned within 7 business days 
-Meet the core acceptance criteria for that part. 
-A copy of the invoice must be included and must be attached to the core return.
-Core Returns are the responsibility of the customer to return to our facility including shipping costs if required.  
-the same part numbers and quantities purchased.

We also offer repairs and reconditioning of your own fuel pump by sending in your own pump we can strip and quote your pump accordingly. Just give our friendly staff a call to arrange your booking.
